Why BLIND REVIEW?

We provide the infrastructure to cultivate unbiased and reliable expert opinions jurors can trust.

Blind Review creates the standard by which expert witnesses evaluate cases, so their opinions are unbiased, reliable and trustworthy.   By championing this standard, trial teams who share our vision, deliver to jurors what they deserve – opinions they can rely on and trust.

WHO IS BLIND REVIEW?

Blind Review is a third-party conduit that provides the infrastructure to have expert witnesses conduct blind prospective reviews of healthcare provider performance.  Blind Review curates the medical records and presents them in an organized secure digital format that places the expert into the shoes of the treating healthcare provider while shielding the expert from knowledge of patient outcome, the parties, and attorneys.  This results in an unbiased and trustworthy opinion that can be relied upon with confidence.

By acting as a conduit between the attorney and the expert, Blind Review eliminates six biases (perspective, hiring, financial, retrospective, relationship, identity, and specialty) and delivers the most honest, fair review possible.  In circumstances where there are competing expert opinions, a compelling and highly persuasive case is made to jurors, courts and other decision-makers, drawing a stark contrast between a trustworthy, reliable Blind Review expert against an unblinded counterpart.
